Cancellation policy.

DivineLove artworks are made to order, and we may begin preparing your order shortly after your purchase is completed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Requesting a Cancellation

You may request cancellation before production or fulfilment of your order has begun. We will make every reasonable effort to approve your request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once your order has entered production or fulfilment.

To request a cancellation, contact us and provide:

Your full name
Your order number
The email address used when placing the order
A brief explanation that you would like to cancel the order

Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation is approved, the full amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded to your original payment method.

We will process the refund as soon as reasonably possible. After the refund has been issued, your bank or payment provider may require up to 10 business days to credit the funds to your account.

Orders Already in Production

Once production or fulfilment has begun, we may no longer be able to stop or cancel the order.

If your order has already been dispatched, please review our Return & Refund Policy for information about returns, damaged products, incorrect items, and refunds.

Personalized and Custom Orders

Products that are created according to a customer’s individual specifications or are clearly personalized may not be eligible for cancellation or withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

Selecting a standard DivineLove artwork, size, or product option does not affect any consumer rights that apply to your purchase under applicable law.

Sale and Discounted Items

Sale and discounted items are subject to the same cancellation conditions described in this policy. A discount does not affect any statutory consumer rights that apply to your order.

Cancellations by DivineLove

In exceptional circumstances, DivineLove may need to cancel an order. This may occur because of an unavailable product or material, an incorrect price, suspected fraudulent activity, an invalid delivery address, or another issue that prevents us from fulfilling the order.

If DivineLove cancels your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Your Consumer Rights

This Order Cancellation Policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws that apply in your country.
