By visiting our website or shopping with us, you accept these terms of use and our other policies, such as privacy policy, delivery policy, return and refund policy and cookie policy. 1. Access and account
To shop at DivineLove.shop, you need to be 18 years of age or have the consent of a guardian.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date and for protecting your login information.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts in the event of suspected abuse, false information or violation of our terms and conditions.
2. Products and prices
We strive to provide as accurate and clear product information as possible. However, color and appearance may differ from the images depending on screen and settings.
All prices are in Euro (EUR), including VAT. Shipping costs are added according to our delivery terms.
We reserve the right for final sales, any errors in stock balance and information that is obviously incorrect, such as incorrect prices or technical typos.
3. Order and payment
When you place an order with us, a purchase agreement only arises when you have received an order confirmation via email.
We offer payment via American Express (AMEX),Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay (Shopify), and Visa. When paying, a credit check may be carried out by the payment provider.
In the event of suspected fraud, technical failure or invalid information, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Any promotions and discounts are valid for the specified period and cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. Prices in the online store may differ from prices at retailers or in physical stores.
4. Shipping and delivery
Deliveries within the Netherlands are made via UPS®, either to a representative or with home delivery.
The normal delivery time is 4 – 7 working days, but can vary depending on the product, brand and season. During holidays and campaign periods such as Black Week, the delivery time may be slightly longer.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or external circumstances beyond our control.
The risk of the goods only passes to you when you have physically received the delivery, in accordance with the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek).

5. Right of withdrawal and returns
As a customer at DivineLove.shop, you have a 30- day right of withdrawal according to the Dutch Distance Selling Regulations (Wet Koop op Afstand), calculated from the day you received the goods.
The goods must be in essentially unchanged condition and well packaged when returned. You may, of course, examine the goods, but not use them more than necessary to determine their properties.
If the item has been used, is missing its original packaging or has otherwise decreased in value, we have the right to make a depreciation deduction, in some cases up to the full value of the item.
When returning, a return fee will be deducted from the refund: the fee ranges from $10 EUR to $20 EUR, depending on the product’s weight.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of us receiving and checking the item.
In the event of an exchange, a return will be registered for the first item, and a new order will be placed for the product you want instead.

6. Complaints and warranty
If you have received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us via email at divinelove.shop, preferably with pictures and the order number.
We follow the Dutch Consumer Law (Consumentenrecht), which means that you have up to three years of right of complaint from the purchase.
In the event of an approved complaint, we are responsible for the return shipping and primarily offer a new product, alternatively a price reduction or refund .
If the fault is not covered by the right to complain – for example, in the event of incorrect use, assembly or external damage – the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
Any warranty is provided by the respective brand and is stated on the product page. If no warranty is stated, the right to claim under the law applies.
7. Intellectual property rights
All content on divinelove.shop, including text, images, logos, product names, graphics and designs, belongs to DivineLove.shop or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
The material may not be copied, modified or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. Third-party services and links
Our website is powered by Shopify, and we partner with Qliro , Shipmondo , Google Analytics, and other third-party vendors for payment, delivery, and analytics.
Links to other websites are provided for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services of third parties.
9. Liability and unauthorised use
You agree not to use our website for any illegal purpose or in violation of these terms and conditions.
It is prohibited to spread malicious code, manipulate data, collect personal data without permission, or otherwise disrupt the operation of the website.
DivineLove.shop is not liable for indirect damages, downtime or losses due to circumstances beyond our control, such as transportation problems, supplier errors or force majeure.
10. Personal data and privacy
We process personal data in accordance with GDPR to be able to manage your order, delivery and customer relationship.
By shopping with us, you agree to our privacy policy. There you can read more about how we process personal data, which third-party providers we use and how you can request an extract or deletion of your data.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
DivineLove.shop follows applicable consumer protection laws in the Netherlands. In the event of a dispute, we always strive to find a solution through dialogue with the customer.
If a dispute cannot be resolved, you as a consumer, may contact the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) via www.acm.nl for further guidance.
You can also use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We follow the relevant decisions and recommendations of recognised Dutch consumer protection authorities and dispute resolution bodies in accordance with applicable laws.
12. Changes to the Terms
DivineLove.shop may update or change these terms and conditions at any time. The current version is always published on this page.
Material changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable law. By continuing to use the website after a change, you accept the updated terms and conditions.
