Each piece is crafted on premium, museum-grade 285 g/m² fine art paper, selected for its rich texture and archival quality, designed to preserve every nuance and depth for generations.
Color & Detail
Our artworks come to life through eco-conscious, water-based archival inks, expertly mastered to deliver vibrant, enduring colors while protecting your environment.
Packaging
Your artwork is individually hand-rolled in archival tissue and secured within a custom-designed, crush-resistant tube—ensuring it arrives pristine and protected with the same care that went into its creation.

Our canvases feature a robust 1.25-inch stretcher bar, providing gallery-standard depth, stability, and durability. The knot-free stretcher bars are crafted from FSC-certified sustainable wood, combining eco-friendly production with exceptional quality.

Sizes
Our collection offers a thoughtfully curated selection of sizes for each artwork—designed to suit a variety of spaces and styles. Please note, we do not offer custom sizing to maintain the integrity and quality of every piece.
Wholesale
Yes, wholesale is available. Please contact sales@divinelove.art or our support for pricing and conditions.

a. Shipping Address Update?
Only possible before shipping.
b. Order Changes or Cancellation?
Only possible before your artwork has entered the Creation Process.
c. No Order Confirmation E-mail?
Before reaching out, please kindly check your spam or junk folder to ensure your order confirmation hasn’t been filtered there.
d. Delivery Delay?
- Please begin by checking your tracking number status for the latest updates.
- If the delivery window has passed, please contact our Support with your Order Number for quick assistance.
e. Wrong or Missing Item(s)?
- Missing Item: Please check your tracking number carefully, as missing items may be shipped separately with a different tracking code.
- Wrong Item: Contact Customer Service - support@divinelove.shop within 14 days of the order delivery. Please provide your Order Number and include photo's of the received item.

g. Refused Delivery - Please know that we do not offer a refund in case of a refused delivery.

Made to Order
Every artwork is custom-made for you. We collaborate with a network of select fine art ateliers around the world, to ensure fast delivery times. By supporting the local economy, most customers avoid import duties, helping us keep prices affordable for you.

We Ship Worldwide
For all other countries, shipping is calculated per artwork based on size and will be quoted at checkout, ensuring safe delivery and premium care.
- Processing time: 2-5 business days
- Delivery time: Estimated 10–30 business days (depending on location)
Taxes and Import duties
VAT and sales tax are included in the total price of all orders.
Some countries will charge import taxes on your shipment. Such taxes are not calculated in your order, and we do not cover them if or when they are incurred. Please be aware of the taxes your country may charge and anticipate them.
Time Sensitive Orders
In some remote regions or during Christmas, delivery times may vary. In case your order is time-sensitive, please reach out to support@divinelove.shop so we can confirm if we can meet your time requirements.
6. Returns & Damaged Items
Because every item in our shop is made to order especially for you, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges—unless your item arrives damaged or defective. This policy is in accordance with EU regulations for custom-made goods.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery by emailing support@divinelove.shop with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
