Once your order is placed, you will receive updates regarding your order status and shipping progress. When your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email address so you can monitor your shipment.

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Order Acceptance & Pricing

Please note that, in certain circumstances, orders cannot be processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including but not limited to:

  • Incomplete or inaccurate customer information
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Payment authorization or verification issues
  • Product availability issues
  • Technical errors affecting pricing or inventory

We may request additional information, including identity verification, address confirmation, or payment verification before accepting an order.

Price Accuracy

If a pricing error is identified, we may contact you for further instructions or cancel the order and notify you accordingly. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing incorrect pricing information, even if payment has already been processed.

In such cases, any payment received will be refunded using the original payment method.

After Placing Your Order

Track Your Order

You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Order Address Changes

Customers may request changes to their shipping address within 24 hours of placing an order.

After this period, orders may already be in processing or dispatched, and address modifications may no longer be possible.
