1. Return Policy Details
At DivineLove.shop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Customers have the right to return eligible products within 30 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- The item must not be damaged, altered, or excessively handled
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
If the returned product shows signs of use, damage, missing components, or diminished value beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for the return
- Wait for return approval and instructions
- Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team
Please do not return items without prior authorization.
3. Return Process
Once your return request has been approved:
- You will receive return instructions via email
- Securely package the item
- Use a trackable shipping service whenever possible
- Send the item according to the provided instructions
After the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund transaction.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
5. Non-Returnable Items

6. Return Address
Please do not send returns to the manufacturer.

If a returned item has diminished value due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, a reasonable deduction may be applied to the refund.
